Some love stories are simply written in the stars.
Yasmin and Rex were married last December, but duty called, and Rex, serving in the Navy, was deployed before they could properly capture the wedding portraits they had dreamed of. We met at dawn on the shores of Jenness Beach in Rye, NH, greeted by a breathtaking autumn sunrise.
Dressed in their beautiful wedding attire, Yasmin and Rex looked as if they had stepped out of a fairytale. As the sun painted the sky in hues of gold, amber, pinks and blues, the ocean put on its own powerful show—the remnants of a recent storm. They even drew quite an audience as local surfers gathered to catch the storm's lingering swells, but between Yasmin and Rex, everything felt perfectly still.
Their photos are a testament to patience, sacrifice, and a deep love that can weather any distance.
